Mr. Luigi Balduzzi

Retired with of 30 years experience in mining and its related activities.
Has held top managerial positions in his father’s company, MBC Ltd an underground mining developer.
Started as a Blastmsn, Shift Boss, and finally became a mining Captain. In 1989 Mr. Luigi Balduzzi was appointed the Managing Director of the company, where he managed and supervised over 1546 workers responsible for producing over 2,100 mt of mechanized underground development every month.
Jacob Aziriga
— Chief Executive Officer
Jacob Aziriga an Economist and an Entrepreneur.
Has over 12 years of work experience in the Energy Sector and 8 years of experience in mining, Engineering, and the sale of precious minerals.
Jacob Aziriga Possess In-depth Knowledge and years of quality experience in the Energy (Petroleum) Industry in Ghana. He is well organised and an astute Petroleum marketing and communication Expert, has high proficiency in oil and gas digitalization, superb analytical, problem solving and management in the petroleum downstream in Ghana.
Has held top managerial positions in various corporate institutions such as Managing Director at PFM Solutions Ltd, A service provider for the Association of Oil Marketing Companies Ghana, and currently the group C.E.O of Lucinet Group of Companies.
Board Chairman, BOJ Group Ltd. A Garment manufacturing company with over a decade track record in the production and sale of high quality Medical scrubs, T-shirts, Uniforms etc.
Holds a master’s degree in Economic policy Management from the University of Ghana, Legon, and A bachelor’s degree in Integrated Business Studies from University for Development Studies, Wa.
Ignishia Luciana Aziriga

Ignishia Luciana Aziriga is an Environmental and Safety expert. Has over 15 years of work experience in logistics and procurement services and 10 years work experience in employee safety and security.
Has occupied various managerial positions in several corporate entities such as Administrative manager at NASA logistics, a procurement and logistics company in Ghana, Health and Safety manager at Mbawine Consultant Services LLC, Bronx New York, and currently the executive secretary of Group Lucinet.
Holds masters degree in Development Studies from Erasmus University (International Institute of Social Studies). The Hague Netherlands.
A bachelor’s degree Integrated Development Studies from University for Development Studies, Wa.
